Video Clip > I arrived at my Solvang lodging early in the evening. After offloading a bunch of my gear, I decided to take a quick impromptu outing into the Los Padres National Forest. I explain in further detail my outing HERE. For awhile, things felt normal…until the pavement stopped and I found myself riding on a dirt road. Fortunately the gravel lasted only ONE mile before I hit asphalt again. The stretch was a about 47 miles. Here is some footage I shot, shortly after my encounter with a Bobcat.
